Analyze and understand the existing OT application landscape, including support and troubleshooting of operational systems Monitor and manage access to 3rd-party SQL databases, including administrative tasks Integrate new data sources into the OT landscape and support related business functions Serve as the main point of contact for Business customers regarding OT real-time application and data requirements Manage and coordinate internal and external development/support teams; ensure knowledge transfer to 1st Level Support Support and document OT infrastructure, including BoP (Balance of Plant) and Substation topologies Utilize and maintain AVEVA PI systems and Bazefield for operational monitoring and analytics Requirements: AVEVA and Bazefield experience Solid experience in real-time data processing (process industry, utilities, or renewables preferred) Experience leading small teams (up to 5 people) Experience with SCADA, real-time data acquisition, Alarm & Event handling (renewables experience highly valued) Practical experience with BoP and Substation environments Solid understanding of industrial protocols: OPC-DA, OPC-UA, IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus, etc.

POSITION Responsible for the development and execution of the innovation strategy for plant-based products, with the main focus on meat alternatives Developing and delivering the innovation & technology plan in line with the Next Gen Foods strategy and overall business plan Leading the Global Innovation Center by building and managing the innovation & technology team and facilities, with food technologist and research associates Steering the R&D of new products, applications, recipes and processes Conducting nutritional, market acceptance and shelf-life studies Evaluating new raw materials, ingredients and flavours from suppliers to create new product attributes Developing and implementing new texturization and taste technologies Monitoring market and consumer trends and to develop the product portfolio pipeline Collaborating closely with external production partners in Singapore and around the world for implementing new products and technologies Being an internal technical advisor, great brainstormer and team player on product-related matters Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.
